I was skeptical about the six-hour claim, but after using one on a stubborn spot before bed, I woke up to it noticeably smaller. The bright lime color is actually kind of fun to wear during the day too.

The colors are fun, but the patches don't stay on very well overnight — I woke up with two already peeling off. They do seem to shrink spots a bit, but not as fast as the six-hour claim suggests.
